Currency and available methods

Prices and order totals are shown in CAD. The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed at checkout; availability may depend on the device, order, or issuing institution.

Authorization and order review

A payment method may be authorized when an order is submitted. A declined attempt, temporary authorization hold, billing mismatch, or issuer review does not by itself confirm order acceptance.

Payment security

Checkout information is handled through the store and its payment service providers. Never send a complete card number, password, or verification code by email.

Refund posting

After an approved return is received and accepted, a refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may need additional time to post it. For assistance, use Contact Us.
