Request window

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Eligible change-of-mind items must be new and unused. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are reviewed according to the issue reported and applicable consumer rights.

Approval before mailing

Contact nisituv812@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include the order number, item details, and photos when relevant. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address; the General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Return label and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or unavailable, contact us for assistance. Approved returns have no restocking fee.

Exchanges and refunds

Eligible exchanges depend on review and available inventory. After an approved return is received and accepted, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
