Using the store

Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, content, or other users. Product information is provided for shopping purposes and may be updated when availability or specifications change.

Products, prices, and orders

Products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery charges, and the final total are presented as applicable before an order is submitted. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted, including for availability, payment, fraud-prevention, or obvious listing errors.

Delivery and returns

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. Processing, transit, tracking, and delivery issues are explained in the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, labels, fees, and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Content and consumer rights
