Canadian order handling

Orders are prepared after payment authorization. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Transit estimates

After an order ships, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Processing and transit are separate stages, and carrier events or remote destinations may affect arrival.

Destinations and charges

Eligible Canadian destinations and any applicable delivery charges are presented during checkout in CAD. Please review the complete delivery address before submitting an order.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent using the order contact details. For a delay, missing parcel, damaged package, or address concern, email nisituv812@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details.
